we went on our first family outing to take a walk around the mall today. We would prefer to walk outside but since it is the middle of the winter in New England and the temps are hovering around freezing, that is not really an option... so mall it was. We walked around for about an hour and Bilal was very well behaved...he dozed most of the time and had one bottle while mommy and daddy were eating dinner.
When we got home, Bilal was super alert so we decided to have tummy time. He lifted his head off the blanket almost right away. It was the most defined tummy time head lift yet. he did it several times during the tummy time session. yay!
